The coaches are good, but tend to have better knowledge in specific markets (TT does have a coach that specializes in SC).

Markets closer to your back yard are easier to get started in.

We've been having great success in all 4 of those markets.

I'll be dipping into the RE market here in one way or another.  

I know the market had priced in a .25% drop into loans for the last few weeks maybe a month.

You could gather all of the information from the internet but double checking with PM's would be smart as we had multiple changes in May as you know.
