Currently I am looking to gain real life experience in the wholesaling aspect to build capital but any good business man or woman knows you can never learn enough.

does anyone know how the new legislation in New York in December is going to benefit investors in ny are there houses that are not listed for sale right now that are already bank owned . 

Outside of a few metro areas, condos generally do not gain as much appreciation and they do have limitations in renting out.

The benefit of working in rural Iowa is that there are no rules and rental code!  

I think there are benefits to each and it really depends on your goals.  

It is that easy to gain more knowledge and be more skilled when it comes to the real estate industry.
