If you're seeing delinquent taxes on a property, this is a likely indication that a bank/mortgage isn't involved with the property anymore.Just food for thought.

Find another title company - visit them - take them food - junk food :) Seriously this may cost you if you don't have any contacts at a title company - some title companies charge the full title search fee for that service so I can believe it - but there are more then 1 title companies in your area i am sure - call em all.

Just running down and filing a QCD can get you sued after the fact for wrongful foreclosure.A Sub-2 with a second DOT allows the holder to use a non-jusdicial foreclosure which will be much cheaper and quicker than a judicial process.

The state will not give a letter to state 13 and 13 It will only state that I will get UI as long as I qualify for UI.Also the money I put down for Food can be taken off I now get Food Stamps.
