I have stated that I would provide the necessary equipment ( gloves, mask, hand sanitizer and shoe coverings) and keep the showings to a minimum and of course when they are not home.

Post basic pool rules in the vicinity, include appropriate language in your rental agreement, get it insured properly, make sure it has all proper safety equipment, and enjoy the added rents you're going to get by having a pool :)

Lots of issues to work on and I've been reinvesting lots of money back in the people, facility (rooms, technology, equipment etc)   Going into 2020 we have one more big project to tackle then knock on wood all that's left is some more capital improvements and fine tuning our processes/adding benefits etc.
