Now I do advise my customers to insure the full replacement value so that if a fire or anything else does wipe out the house you can actually rebuild it, but its up to you whether you want coverage to rebuild or just enough coverage to protect what you bought it for.

I would plan to be at the appointment with the pest guy and have them point out any issues they see, take lots of pictures of any potential issues, then send written notice to all identifying issues that are causing a continuing problem along with written notice that inspection of all units will be scheduled each time a continuing complaint is received and units found to be contributing to the problem will be billed for the treatment.
