My honest suggestion would be to yank that upper cabinet off, buy two fridge end panels and remount the cabinet between the fridge panels out 24" (requires some blocking behind the cabinet)...

I seen some nice RTA cabinets online, has anyone had issues.

So for example if my contractor is on site that does carpentry, tile, installation of cabinets and flooring is there all the time we will simply shoot him a text to spot check the carpet installation, roof install, plumbing or electrical so we may not have to be on site to approve another contractors work. 

Such as cabinets, flooring, paint, carpeting, counter tops, appliances.

from cabinets to crown moulding. 

I paid a licensed contractor in South Bend, IN $30,000 for carpet, wood flooring, appliances, and cabinets.

He started gutting already and also it's not much work new floors, new cabinets so on so forth.

Tenant of 2 years moved out and left the place barely broom clean, but with food and dishes in the kitchen cabinets, lot of nail holes in the walls, the floors in dire need of mopping and marks on the walls.
