Mutiplexes Fixer Upper
If you’re fixing up a multiplex with about 3-5 units. What are some prime materials should you look for that will last long. Don’t want to go to expensive but don’t want to go too cheap either.
Such as cabinets, flooring, paint, carpeting, counter tops, appliances.
Any advice is welcome.
