I agree that notifying my tenants of the transfer to our newly formed LLC, assuring them everything in the existing lease is still in effect, and for rent payments to be made to the LLC should be sufficient.Best Regards,Mike Roterdam

The estate for the husband is still open but for some sort of legal proceeding and the house is not included and the estate rep had her local sheriff call me to not send anymore letters as well as her nephew who assured me there is no property in the estate they are dealing with.

I visited the property and I can assure you it needs much more work than that to rent for close to the full amount a property of that size in that area should.

I asked seller if it was wind zone 3 that I needed and he assured me it was because it came from a  Florida used mobile dealer,  and after he bought it his planes changed, so he needed to sell it.
