Some areas near Niagara and Buffalo have very poor soil which means there are going to be foundation problems and I would not be surprised if the people come down with cancer because it was used by the military for disposing hazardous material a long time ago.

You are proposing to spend over $15K/door, which sounds way to much to me, unless you are doing the foundation, structure and roof at the same time.With commercial properties, you can use the cap rate to figure out if your improvements are worth while.

I've taken quite a few classes on corporations and business law, so I have a pretty solid foundation on the subject, but I wouldn't dare write and file my own articles of incorporation prior to, at the very least, running it by an experienced business lawyer who specializes in that sort of thing.

Some of you are thinking we got a bad deal, but no, I have been thinking for a couple years that I would like to rebuild a house foundation up, and we did just get word from an engineer we hired that the existing 1960 poured concrete slab should work for any type of house we wish to build.
