@Jon Holdman used to be rather meticulous about editing content that violated rules while preserving the content that was worth keeping.

I will try to keep this updated, and I probably will have to edit this post at some point as I kind of rambled, but I just really wanted to get started on hopefully what will be one of many BP posts!

I know I have a lot more to do with regards to my education and plan, but it's good to hear that it's a decent start :)In general I forgot to include the following (and don't know how to edit posts) I have no debt I plan on having a couple lenders pre-approve prior to searching for deals.

That said, my disclosure is that I'm not a tax expert and you should seek the advice of such :)Edit: Just saw your post was from a few days ago, didn't see everyone's responses after that until now.

Edit: The tagging (@) feature here is maddening.
