Millennials prefer spending on experiences and there is a general shift away from 'things' to living life in a broader way with Instagram selfiesCONCLUSION: Travel and leisure growing at twice the rate of GDP is intact as the longer term trendA counter point to these three favorable points is that short-term (urban) and vacation rentals (destinations) have taken market share away from hotels and this appears to be a permanent trend.

Hi All - New to the site.

The Tampa Bay area is a great market, but using any site of blog to learn construction isn't something that you'll be able to do successfully.

It has to be hauled to a certified disposal site or taken and burned at a special facility .

Thanks in advance for any recommendations or advice, what is shown on your approved site plan and electrical plan?

Currently we have a 78 year old property manager who makes 10% of the rent for doing everying....He is adverse to technology so sharing the work load with him through turbo tenant usage is not possible.
