When you are a grad student or a medical student you need peace to be able to study and a lack of roommate drama may be appealing.  

I have acquired a couple of properties through the MLS but I am now looking to start my own lead generation and to do so I am trying to come up with a business name to appeal to people who would like to sell their homes.

I have never bought a turnkey property but it sure looks appealing!

The appeal to them is they still get passive income but without the day to day dealings of being the landlord. 

That said, if you think you would enjoy the difficult, daily grind of wholesaling (and you can fund it) and the benefits of being the person who turns over stones and finds the best deals are appealing to you, then by all means start with wholesaling.

That's where I have been looking, but I haven't seen anything appealing yet. 

The thought of a fine and hearing the phrase "ignorance is no defense" is not appealing.

Obviously more of a hassle than flipping but with the better returns it is also much more appealing.
