Short on cash finance options
Howdy,
NW Indiana investor here, I recently closed on my fourth 4-Plex they all cash flow at the top by standards I have read about on BP all purchased with conventional loans 25% to 30% down I am now very low on cash and have my sights set on another building. Besides the obvious keep saving what other options do I have? Thanks
