Learned what it takes to start an LLC, learning the basics and how to fill out contracts, finding cash buyers and etc.

Hello,I am new to the forum.I am interested in learning more about real estate ( searching to learn about  investment property[duplex,triplex,quad] how difficult is to manage this types of properties)Also any suggested locations in CA or AZ to look into for investing. 

I'd like to figure out and understand the easiest way they could do that (and learn for myself for the future when I am in the position to lend to others).

Best thing you can do, if you're in the learning stage, is to partner with someone that knows and have them teach you.

Learning the LLC rules and educating yourself is extremely valuable and costs almost nothing, but a little time.
