IN Timber competition was the local Mill and there same add in the paper and their same log buyer who worked at a snails pace.. we got to them before they could or the client even realized they had value in the Timber then we sold the timber to the Mill. .end of the day the MIll got the wood..

Come Friday I still had no permit and was told it would be on the agenda first thing Monday morning. 

Might want to look into your state PACE (Property-Assessed Clean Energy) program, PACE GA.

@Bill Brandt are the rent increases you are seeing on pace with the purchase price increases?

I believe anyone can understand both of our frustrations in this case, I needed to move faster, he was comfortable with the pace. 

And IF you can, can you go at a similar pace versus traditional rentals? 

Pace is feverish, people are busy, prices are crazy. 

Other areas to consider are Perdido Key and Pace.
