You really don't want to piece together a low cost team.

I was able to pull little bits and pieces from each episode I listened to.

For example, say you bought a str and the prior landlord tracked the cost for the improvements he made, you can take the cost of his improvements and bifurcate from the cost of the home and accelerate that piece of depreciation.

My first piece of advice would be to do what it sounds like you are already doing which is learning as much as you possibly can.
