I am looking for some guidance on diving into the real estate world.

Excited to dive into a new market.

Hey there,so my husband was essentially forced to step away from his job of 17 years and we’re using it as a catapult to dive into real estate development and investing.  

I’m looking for any insight on the sub diving and rezoning process.

That will spur discussion, give some structure for the night, and stimulate experiences from other investors that have read it or similar books.

I get it you read some Shakespeare and philosophical **** on your many lonely nights and now you want to show off that you read books and can remember quotes.

In some instances, this can allow for better income because of the ability to rent for $100/night for 20 nights a month, versus $800 in rent per month.

Many times strange visitors to the property would knock the wrong doors and wake neighbors up in the middle of the night - my immediate neighbor has videos of that ..the cops have been here many many times..And the list goes on... 

I'm trying not to get caught up in the "analysis paralysis" stage but, am sure I need to know more information before diving in.
