There are some companies that provide VA's trained in real estate that are ready to hit the ground running, and some companies such as Upwork where you do the upfront work to get them going (sourcing, interviewing, training, etc.). 

I recommend that you contact several of CPAs on this forum and interview them to find the mindset that you want in a CPA.

Hey @Isaac Madison Jesus here from Houston,Texas,Best advice with working with wholesalers is to join local Facebook groups of wholesalers and to personally reach out to them, talk to them and interview them.

You can never go wrong with going with a realtor in my opinion, essentially the best thing you can do is interview multiple realtors that fit your needs and you feel comfortable working with.

Interview a few to see who WANTS your business.

I don't think the lady they interviewed was a slumlord but I don't think she really knew the rules either and that was (according to the article) her only rental.
