We operate our business at the highest level of integrity. 

That's a product of integrity, and integrity is earned.The posts I see on BP and elsewhere often don't provide a compelling and defined business reason to invest or offer a source for due dilligence of the individual or the deal.

I can't wait until there's better integration with Google Docs so you can do a hangout linked to a doc in Google Docs to setup a collaboration "hangout".

Hopefully I will be able to utilize my background in business intelligence/analytics, sales, marketing and social media to integrate in with learning about real estate investing as well as help others with things they may need to help grow their success!

I don't doubt that these people are great, informed and people of integrity.

The only lead gen I'm paying for currently is Postcardmania which integrates mailers and google/FB retargeting. 

It's a numbers game and direct mail is an integral part of the process.  

Integration with Quick books is important to us, as is cost.
