One of the adults is an international student from Switzerland (I think they were both born in Africa) so he doesn't have a SSN. 

Although I have been investing for over 3 years, I just went full time this Winter after my son was born.

One common thing for both restaurants is that neither owners were born in America, does that have something to do with it?

I was born in Naples, FL and am down there a couple times a quarter. 

I am a local born and raised here in Houston and have a very good idea of the areas and market that I am targeting.

I think he was born on 10/31, his street address is likely 1031, and his middle name is probably “tenthirtyone”.

@Alan Brown i am very familiar with Kingston, my mother was born there and my grandfather used to own multiple apartment buildings there as well.

I have a teenage soon that I've raised by myself since his dad passed when he was an infant. 

For someone to say you never need to buy any educational materials or invest money into marketing, either they are #1, just that good and need no help and was born a true winner in real estate, or #2 is against education and marketing and they are a one man show and not really sure why they would even suggest this site, I can only think b/c this site is free.

But in reality these gurus are vacuum cleaners that will suck the money right from your own pocket and not giving a damn about anyone.As PT Barnum said "There is a sucker born every minute" and the gurus use that to their advantage.
