Hello, My name is Lawrence, Larry is fine also. I am a 26 year old general contractor. i work primarily out of Columbia county, Dutchess county, Ulster county, and Greene county. i have also done work as far south as Putnam county and Westchester county. i am interested in what others on here know about the area, particularly multi family rentals, SFR, and house flipping. Some of the cities i am thinking about include but are not limited to Red Hook, NY; Rhinebeck, NY; Hyde Park, NY; Poughkeepsie, NY: Copake, NY; Hudson, NY; Germantown, NY; Kingston, NY; Catskill, NY; and anything near that anyone wants to share as a good market I am intrested in what people think for example about multi family market in some of the more urban areas or about flipping in the more rural ones. If anyone operates in these areas I would love to hear what you think. I am also willing to offer any knowledge i have from my field including anything knowledge of construction materials to my experiences with other contractors in the area. thank you all for your time i look forward to growing from our future interactions .

I'm a recent transplant here from out west, and am getting increasingly excited about doing some flips and BRRR's in the Kingston area. I have a long history of flippiing houses and buying and holding rentals.

Selling some property in Colorado, and Am hoping to free up some cash soon;  I will need to start putting together a crew to flip, and/or may be looking for partners.  Let's get in contact if you want to discuss
