got calls from neighbors about parties, kids peeing outside, cops were called...neighbors finally had enough and broke into the house, stealing the tenant's ipod, computer, and car...when i asked her to leave, she had no problems, knowing she trashed the place...however...daddy soon called demanding the deposit back...i don't think he knew what a partygirl his daughter was...the kicker was the next week she moved into an apartment complex and was kicked out for parties as well...long story short..apologized to neighbors and assured them i cared about their community..have a nice family in there now..it's nice driving by to check in and seeing them outside planting flowers or doing something good for the neighborhood!!
