I think the risk of having it installed wrong concerning water leaks is way less than a shower base, and could usually be remedied in some way.

I am not a wholesaler (nor am I a wholesale hater) but I have listened to a lot of different podcasts and heard so called wholesale experts preaching about loading the contract up with out clauses, disguise or gloss over the whole fact that they are not the true end buyer, use dummy proof of funds if requested, put up small earnest money deposits then add clauses that make earnest money the sole remedy in the event of default, go back to the seller to re-negotiate the price if they get squeezed by the end buyer, and on and on and on (I do not put all wholesalers in this category).
