Both are passthrough entities, meaning the income and expenses ultimately flow to your personal return, and both have benefits and drawbacks.

Are you cash flowing the property?

Has anyone else had a horrible experience with Ohio Cash Flow?  

(I am currently staying at another similar home in the neighborhood where the owner has done something similar)My main questions for the forum are:Zoning and Legal Considerations: Does anyone have experience with the zoning laws in Union City, NJ, especially regarding converting single-family homes into multi-unit rentals?

This may hurt me in the algorithms, but it works for my cash flow,

-A property with a 30 year mortgage would be neutral cash flowing, but in a solid location and with strong demand. 

I would benefit because I would have a small cash flow of $300 and I would be paying down $1,000 per month towards the purchase price of $1.3 million.

I have experienced cash flow anywhere from 10-18% with so much more to offer.

He has steady cash flow without any major issues.

Not necessarily looking for cash flow but wanting to break even at least.
