Each Strategy is a BUSINESS Strategy.In the case of my Benevolent strategy of helping needy tenants, I am using the "Customer first" Business Strategy.This may work for me as my properties are in NYC in Class B or better neighborhoods.But it may not be YOUR strategy because your Customers maybe different than mine, and in fact, they are.I do question the strategy of working a job as a Landlord and not enjoying it.

reading my fifth BP book, enjoyed the podcasts for a while. 

But most of the stuff you can learn from youtube and the right amount of concentration/practice, and there's stuff I enjoy like anything related to woodwork/carpentry. 

I enjoy hearing another person's opinion.

Obviously amenities will enhance the desirability of the property and offer the opportunity to increase rents for most properties however I would not plan on rent increases in this environment anytime soon. 

Other than that, I enjoy the content provided and am excited for you guys to find your stride and do great things.
