I have also worked with some investors who wanted miracles and fairy dust which I do not provide.

.$3.33 To put a smoke detector back on the ceiling (We had finally removed it because no matter how many times we replaced the battery, we finally realized it was broken, we could never get it to stop the constant annoying chirping, And we forgot to put it back up before leaving)And the most ridiculous one of all…$20.00 To take our 2 trash cans to the curb along with the some extra bags of trash and old empty cardboard boxes.

Very block by block and duplexes are mixed bag so watch your area.

some background info: Family emigrated from Russia in 2003, came with only couple bags and a family of 5.  

They suddenly went out of business and left homeowners and guests holding the bag. 

Sometimes the folks giving advice on here , like Al Gores brother hehe, are so stupid you wonder why they have survived because they are not smart enough to open a bag of chips to keep from starving, then I run across folks I want to just sit and listen to because I feel like am getting smarter from listening to them.
