While I love my career, I've always dreamed of designing homes that look amazing.

It’s always been a dream of mine to someday get into real estate investing and the information I’ve learned here has been AMAZING.

I dream of doing projects that focus on good design and sustainability more than anything else.I'm always an optimist, love to collaborate, and love to debate solutions more than anything else.

Like I said I could be dreaming also.

Bremner  the reason there are so many podcasts and other interest in wholesaling is because its the no money get rich quick dream.. its just all dreams.this leads to the blind leading the blind.. and a lot of pretty messed up transactions .. along with sellers getting damagedwhen you say the service is needed... the only place I see it truly needed is in really depressed areas and very cheap areas were homes are really traded more like used cars same price points same quality of folks..

I'm not all big on the idea of living in Colorado, but it's my husband dream and I don't see why I can't just give it a chance.

For example, there are areas and property classes in DFW where 5% vacancy would be reasonable while there are other areas with in the same metro that can only dream about 5% vacancy.

I'm in Atlanta so it would be the GA dream or any of the www.investatlanta.com programs.

You get to know real quick if they want a pipe dream or not.

But that being said, that opportunity for you maybe a dream job.
