Hello all!

Just signed up to BP to hopefully engage in some development discussions. I've been studying to become an architect for the longest time, and am one final test from becoming one. I'm an architectural designer living in Redding, Ca.

My interest here in BP is to learn the mistakes / successes of others developing real estate. I dream of doing projects that focus on good design and sustainability more than anything else.
