On second floor you will find double doors leading to the master bedroom, second bath with shower, tub and built in shelving along with 2 other bedrooms.

I wish I could do a double wide but unfortunately the lot is too narrow to allow it.

I'm a licensed agent in Florida and based on a class my broker did - we were actually seeing double digit increases in REO's in about 75% of major metro areas YOY before COVID.I think anecdotally - middle class unemployment rates will probably be the leading indicator here. 

The viable alternative to the driveway is he should park in his double garage or street-parking.
