Hello all, I own a 4plex in Louisiana and I know it has 4 vents on the roof, but the vents don't have a protected cover going from the upstairs bathroom out of the roof.So I think the vents just suck up the hot air and it seeps out at any one of the combined 4 vents.Question: Is this normal in a 4plex or should there be a tube the air goes up?

If you have even more money then you can get 80% of cost from a lender as long as they agree that it is a good deal.If you don't have money, then find a partner or family member /friend that can jump in with you and combine that with hard money.

SO, I found a lotion that comes close and a body spray that comes close, and combined they cost $10 bucks (usually they are on sale) That's a HUGE savings of money that can be used to pay down debt and save for a DP.
