Equity position How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Over 5 years ago, I used to marvel at the architecture of this building and told myself that I'd own it one day and reimagine it.

I am new to this and would love all the help I can get.

Look at all the differences in both rate and terms but most important in my opinion is their track record in customer service and meeting deadlines and closing.

I’m undecided between Blake Choisnet, Nate Barger and Sam Primm.I’ve researched all three extensively and get good vibes from all three.

I have no experience in real estate investing and don't want to waste my time in something and then end up somewhere else down the road and realize I should have started there.  

Qualified Intermediaries come in all shapes and sizes. 

Right now, I'm buying T-bills and bond index funds. 

I work with many investors and am investor myself. 

My partners and I (3 of us) are based in Miami FL (not the easiest market at the moment) we are all realtors / brokers and investors, each have 20+ years of experience down here, have done multiple ground up single Family and duplex builds and currently have a portfolio of single fam and duplex properties.
