@Jason Ryerson, That's kind of a "green or blue" kind of question. 

I'm kind of positive on the area due to the fact that there plenty of businesses and major medical compound along with a hospital right around the corner for the properties.

Good day all, I'm kind of new in this market, (central Florida) trying to build honest relationships in the investing field with experienced investors that can guide me in the right direction.

This is the kind of answer I was looking for. 

I am looking/already have for the following:Realtor - Someone who is willing to work with out of state investors, and kind of guide me through the process of selecting good investment. 

New investor here in MN and I just kind of wanted to try and get a discussion going from a number of investors regarding your view points on investing in a fairly hot market and economy.

And even asking him what kind of properties he was interested in and possibly looking for properties with those criteria and just letting him know about them.
