The first couple of properties will be creative financing since i won't qualify for any conventional loans due to filing for bankruptcy in 2014.Here is what I have found to be the most important thing to me personally after doing some reading and research (If I’m missing anything that I should throw in based off of your personal experiences please share):- Must have personal real estate experience or at least an understanding of investing.
