Do you make offers without seeing the house, or do you make an appointment before throwing out numbers?

Especially the bigger older homes.. in Some markets your talking a 2k sq ft home built in the 20 or 30s that in great areas of the west coast would cost about a million dollars... but when they are worth 1/10-th of replacement value on the open market that's where all this gets dicey.PM's many times will do all the inspection stuff you desire but they have to charge for it and most owners don't want to pay the extra for those services.. remember PMs don't make much money as it is.. this is not like having 20 doors in one location.. and very easy to do what you describe.. 20 houses could take two to three days of drive time to go look at get appointments and then inspect.take a company with say 1000 houses .. how would they do that.. they would have to inspect 3 houses every single day of the year... simply not enough money or man power in the way PM is set up currently in the US>

I've got an appointment with my accountant in a couple weeks, so once we go over the pros and cons, I'll make a decision.  

have a friend appoint himself authorized representative of the manufacturing company and write a letter with their logo, that states the procedural  installation methods followed were satisfactory and validate the warranty of the windows, and that he is the "local rep" and can call if needed(his phone # provided) What the hell else are you supposed to do except fight ******** with ********.

Working on a list of 30 or so.Call and see if the property is still on the market, if so make an appointment to see the property!

There have been a lot of speakers/ self appointed educators hit the circuit in the last 19 years I have been in real estate and very few of them have had the success of FB and anytime I see success like that there is something to it.

@Brady BrinkmanWhen pulling a probate lead from your local county courthouse you'll need the decedent's name and probate case number.You'll then need to contact the court appointed PR (Personal Representative) that represents the decedents estate..

If going to see on Saturday book some appointment before or afterward to see the competition.

Once you get pointed in the right direction, make an appointment to see a decision maker.

Our city sets appointments with the planners every Monday where you can take your idea to them and they can tell you in general what is allowed, required, some general costs, etc.
