When should I start this process what should my search criteria be?

There's a situation that was presented to me about twenty minutes ago that has left me searching for quality solutions.

My wife and I were talking about searching for a home in PA where cost of living is lower.

I just searched HUD's website for FHA approved condos in Palm Harbor and there is just 1 community that's FHA approved and that is Landmark Oaks.  

I just search my applicants on the county court website, but that’s only local to our island..

As long as the house meets budget, they are allowed to select it, regardless of neighborhood.

If you search through the forum threads you'll find hundreds if not thousands of posts going back 5 years from people wondering if they can wait a year or two for the market to crash so they can get a better deal. 

I don't know any personally but you can start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.

We can’t post websites in BP posts, but you can easily find it with a google search.

But try searching BP for an investor friendly agent if you do the deal.
