Hi RyanI am a wholesaler that works primarily in Pierce,King,Snohomish counties.

I have a king and queen bed, Love seat, a Tv, two small tables, One small dresser, Couch with chaise and a car.

-I currently live in South Jersey but work in the King of Prussia, PA area.

It's not Burger King - you don't get to have it your way just because you say so.Let's assume for the purpose of discussion that you're dealing with experienced agents: if they have a choice between someone making 20 offers a day with a very low likelihood of success, or making 2 or 3 offers a week (and probably not all for for the same buyer) with a very high likelihood of success ... there are only so many hours in a day.

Reminds me of a mobster movie where the king pin just talks down over you like they own you or your a weakling.

I agree, about the money part, Have your money ready, know what your able to offer, so your money is in hand, get pre approved, have cash reserve,, so if your deal is pending on highest and best offer, Like they say CASH is KING  with no inspection contingencies, usually get the deal done..
