Tell him no and monitor the situation closely. 

One thing you should also realize is that your going to need a decent 4Dr vehicle and GPS or know your area very well!  

I monitor the area for all active listings from when I get the deal, through due diligence & closing, and as I am rehabbing.

While this could be beneficial for finding partners, your experienced GPs typically don't attend these.  

We are GPs but also invest as LP in various asset classes. 

It should be sizable if they have X-ray equipment, monitoring devices etc.  

A property manager will have to add your apartment to their account, or you can give them your username and password so they can monitor the bookings and bill you for their PM fee. 

Your claims of police monitoring or involvement is fraudulent.

its appears Morris monitors these posts and the squeaky wheel will usually get the grease based on others that have aired their issues.the bottom line though   to  state "4 walls and a roof and its just numbers" is in my opinion and 40 years experience about as ridiculous a statement as can be made.  

I am not sure if they really monitor it a ton.
