I think it will provide me the foundation, education and motivation to finally buy 10 rentals over the next couple years.

So I was curious about what was the cause of the delay in that other property; a code official said that there was a spring on the property in the area where they were apparently trying to get a foundation wall for an addition.

This is my first rehab project and as I said earlier its for my personal home, I don't want to loose money, but I think if I end up little more It is going to be okay.I had been to the property and there are some serious foundation issues and the roof needs to be replaced.

Bob B. we installed french drains, added dirt around the foundation to push water away, added drains for gutters, and extended all downspouts away from the foundation.
