Hi! I'm so glad I found BP! I think it will provide me the foundation, education and motivation to finally buy 10 rentals over the next couple years. If they make sense. :) Have been dreaming of this most of my entire life. I did hospital mergers and acquisitions as the CFO/COO , then became a contractor with hubby for 10 years, then 6 years ago became a RE agent/broker and have been very successful. I believe it is the path for my retirement. :) I have ALOT to listen to and watch these next few months but I am ready. Thanks for being here and thanks in advance for your future advice. Michelle
