I am not a licensed electrician.

I would give notice and take and take an electrician with me.

But it's great to have electricians, deep cleaners, steamers, landscapers, and a roofer. 

Judge: If you don't believe your outlets are grounded why did you not get them repaired or checked by a qualified electrician?

I spend maybe a couple hours/month, max on my 6 units, but I also have my preferred electrician, plumber, appliance repair, HVAC and handyman to call, when issues arise.I have yet to find a good manager.

Please be fair, and ask the proper question: If we're to give a break to Tenants, Will the Insurance Companies, Federal Tax Man, State-Taxman, City-Taxman, Utility Companies, Repair Men, Plumbers, Electricians, Water & Sewer companies, Medical Health Insurers & Drug companies, Oil & gas companies, and Lenders / Banks & Mortgage companies be giving US Landlords & PMs a break too?

Local government workers, school board employees and unionized professionals-carpenters, electricians, etc.

Under $1000 (I had hired a handyman to repair a few things, I spent $200 on electrician work and I paid for paint and painted the units myself).
