However, the sale price on all of them would be ~45-50k a piece, which means most traditional loans are out as banks generally don't do loans <50k as well as the point idk if I want to take 3 loans on these properties.

I would have to accept a loan with 7% (30 to 40-year loan in Portugal, where I am from) because modular homes are not yet considered "traditional "houses.That's why I was inclined to go for the 4-year personal loan in Dubai.And yes, you are totally right!
