Hi All,Pennsylvania has new legislation going into effect in January 2025 that requires wholesalers to have a real estate license in order to wholesale.

It's really going to depend on what you're needing in your new business.

This is the same LLC and address that I use for 10 other services including competitive SMS services.So we gave them a new LLC and they finally got us up and running about 3 weeks later. 

Can't react to everything and change direction with every new head wind.

Lots of things come immediately to mind:  Septic problems, a new roof, HVAC failure, lower-than-projected rents. 

I know in New Jersey, you cannot bill if you clean it yourself outside of the actual chemicals used (I.E. free labor).
