maybe the lady who left in a hurry didn't like the place or maybe a #2 hit her and she had to run out Just sayin..

However, after issues with tenants working the night shift and some ladies in various states of undress, I decided to start leaving filters at the door.

Hi,I have 2 young ladies that want to rent one of my properties, both have decent credit (no marks for late payments or delinquency), one has very little debt, makes around $55K and around $100 monthly total expenses per the credit report; second applicant makes around 38K but I see significant student loan debt, I'm still trying to understand the credit report, no negative marks but in some of the loans there are no payments for a few months or intermittent payments, seems a big portion is deferred, but if she was obligated to pay all the loans, her entire monthly paycheck would have to go into paying her loans, so if she was trying to rent by herself it would be a big resounding no.I'm asking for $1,200/month, so the one applicant might qualify to cover the rent by herself (have to ask for more paystubs since she also earns commission).

The rotund lady has not sung yet.

I have met all the tenants in the house except for one lady because she just moved in last month.

This lady discriminates against non-pet owners.

I've gotten to the point that I just ignore this lady, but I feel bad for doing so, but she's making life miserable for me while I'm working there.   

We managed our own (had a resort lock on the front door so I could give an automatic code to the tenants upon arrival, which would lock out at check out) and had a fabulous cleaning lady.

She also said that her two years old child is constantly inhaling smoke coming from the second floor, and she is afraid the Pitt bull may harm her child as it is sometimes let loose in the stairs and the back yard.The mother of the 2nd floor tenant is a nice lady, I have met her once while I was there with the house inspector.
