Sadly, it seems it's very common that people use Mom and Dad for their first house.

The saddest part (or maybe makes it easier) is that our tenants are so lovely and I do not believe they will rent from us again in the future :( I will be sad to lose them.

; and I'm sick of heat drought and fires - Cool temperate, precipitous oceanic climates are a vibe and i'm still sad none of the acorns I snuck out of the US germinated (though given Australia's strict biosecurity measures and laws I certainly never did that, no sirree)2) Liquidating everything, no portfolio.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Or the very sad case of the Aussie investor ( you know those guys get 6 weeks off paid every year)  :)fly's to Detroit to work on his 4 plex.. gets in an argument with one tenants boy friend the boy friend shoots and kills him.. that one made the national TV news in AU.....

It's always sad to see stuff like this.

Don't hate the Yanks . . . it is a sad year for them.

A good investor will seek out a good agent if they are smart and vice versa.It's kind of sad really that investors have a bad rep with agents.

The sad thing is that we don't have the roads nor the drivers to enjoy our cars here the way the Europeans do.

It's truly sad if you know how to do the work yourself.
