My understanding of the SVB collapse is that it was at least partly the result of Dodd Frank regulations being relaxed on regional banks.

Interest rates are now up as are house prices.There is no perfect location, pick a place where you used to live, went on holiday, had family. 

Lastly why not go off AirBNB when they are a booking site, and their smart pricing thought a popular lake area was worth $50 a night over the biggest lake holiday of the year!

If it was summer you’d probably be rented already. 2nd to that I always find there’s an odd sort of uptick in demand just before the holiday season.

Relax, spend time learning - you will never know it all. 

The rioters burnt down the local Holiday station, looted the Target, liquor stores, Walgreens and burnt down the 3rd precinct.
