Obviously, the number will vary by region and property type but I imagine I should lower the monthly amount dedicated to this line item once I hit a certain number.

Alarm.com is a new player to the market who has a excellent cloud based system which has a lot of bang for the buck, can intergrate camera systems, energy management, and security all under one platform and easy to manage from anywhere in the world being cloud based. 

So I'm doubling down on other platforms, including YouTube.

Maybe having one of these that is not on a PM platform/site will give it an edge. 

@Josh Weber - Tons of good software out there and a lot of them have nailed different pain points.A couple who have good rent collection platforms include cozy, avail, tenant cloud, & NestEgg.Few offer tenant finding and maintenance.....PM me and I can give you more details on our platform.

We have lists that are scrubbed against the DNC, and we use a platform that gives an opt-out to every person we text message; however, we keep hearing that that is still illegal.

The best way to find prospective tenants is of course by placing advertisements on as many platforms as possible.
