I was not in that part of the industry but I liked them and thought hell if I can find them a 5 mil property they pay cash for that's 100k in my jeans.. took me all of 30 days closedin 75 ( they had 1031 time constraints).. from there we became good friends.. ( always nice to have friends with this kind of wherewhithal) we have been investing together ever since.
