Hello, I served a tenant an NTQ in August on the grounds of lease expiration and personal use (Im in CT)They were current on their rent all the time, however, they have stopped paying since they received the NTQ (2 months worth of rent) and have gotten very hostile Should I disable the rent payment system (apartments.com) or leave it open?

Siding, windows, doors, and floors all need to be replaced, in addition to a new addition being built for the kitchen that is also needed.My estimate is between $100-$125k.So let me restate: 1) Plumbing from the ground up, including septic w/leach field and well  2) HVAC complete w/ducting  3) Electric complete from pole 4) Siding  5) Windows/doors  6) floors  7) new addition 15 x 20 (?)

We were also looking at pictures from earlier in 2021 on Google Maps and it appears that the previous owners were doing some kind of work on the ground directly where the sink holes formed.
