Any funds requested thru Wal-Mart or CVS are scams. 

@Nathan JustusThen you’ve got scammed into a third party website that sold you something that is free...I have many LLC and I got all my EIN for free on the IRS website.

They will be caught as the recorders offices will also be involved with state departmentg of finance/bank regulators overseeing these deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure scams.

Title insurance is an overpriced scam, but a necessary evil.
