Yeah, I've wondered how feasible wholesaling is in Los Angeles or other markets where home prices even though they have fallen a lot are still hundreds of thousands of dollars for an average fixer upper.I'm in the San Fernando valley but I work on the westside.

I approached several attorneys in the area and the only one with time to do an eviction indicated it would cost $850 and up.I have done many apartment eviction myself successfully and know the procedure but I am not sure how feasible it is from 650 miles away.

It clearly gives options for Landlords to specify what he will repair and what's tenant responsibility and also states about advance payment and reimbursement options as well which similar to copay. lease pagesObviously TAR wouldn't have given this option if it's not feasible or unethical right??

I will take your advise in talking to real estate agents in each location to understand the current market rate, appreciation rate, rental average income, whether it is feasible to achieve with my downpayment etc.

I then broke the search down into an estimated/projected CoC ROI analysis by breaking down the numbers based on current market rents relative to location and all possible expenses from CapEx, gas, utilities and anything else I thought would be financially feasible.
